Back in 1960, while few people realized it, the Pittsburgh Pirates were quietly on their way to a World Series championship. The Pirates had a secret weapon. He wasn't more than 5 '9" tall and his name was Elroy Face. Elroy Face could do something that no one else in professional baseball could do. He had a unique capability which the Pirates used late in games to insure a victory. Elroy was the Pirate's ace relief pitcher. He could throw a fork ball that no one could hit. He once struck out Willie Mays, Orlando Cepada and Willie McCovey in a total of nine pitches. His fork ball would dance like a butterfly, and it was a unique pitch, virtually unhitable, which no one could throw quite like Elroy.

During one of their many great years the Chicago Bears had a unique weapon which was virtually unstoppable. When they needed short yardage to pick up a first down, they would call on the "Fridge". The "Fridge" was a lineman who weighed well over 300 pounds. The Bears, however ran him as a back, on short yardage plays. He had good first step quickness, good hands and could bust through a hole or create a hole if necessary to pick up a short yardage first down. The "Fridge" was a unique weapon and was virtually unstoppable.
Like the Pirates in baseball and the Bears in football, Access Funding Center, Inc. in the cash flow industry, has a unique consulting service which we believe no one else is providing. Most, but not all, government and business contracts are supported by monthly invoicing. If you have a business contract or government contract which is supported by typical monthly invoicing, we can certainly help you with your cash flow needs through a conventional factoring procedure. However, if you have been awarded a contract (either a government contract or a business contract) which is not supported by monthly invoicing most factors will not be able to be of service to you. This is simply because the traditional monthly invoicing process is not in place, and the transaction is therefore viewed as high risk.
The good news is that Access Funding Center, Inc. can refer you to a unique funding source which will work with you to meet your cash flow needs, even if you have been awarded a government contract or business contract which is not supported by monthly invoicing.
That is to say, if you have been awarded a contract where the "pay-back" terms are as high as five years, the transaction can be funded on a year-by-year basis. If, on the other hand, you have been awarded a contract where the "pay-back" terms are two years or less, the contract can then simply be factored on the two year terms stipulated in the contract.
